Refunds / Returns Policy

Global Office Machines offers all Products for sale on this website on the basis that no refund or return will be available to any customer for any reason other than where there is a fault in the Product.

Please choose carefully, Global Office Machines does not refund or accept returns for change of mind.

Global Office Machines will assist you in making the right choice by providing product information on our website, but once an order is placed and a Product is delivered, no refund will be authorised on a Product other than in circumstances where a Product is faulty.

Returns must be made in accordance with clause 6 of the Legal Information page on this website.
In this policy, ‘supplier’ means the entity which has supplied the Product to Global Office Machines to be offered for sale to you.

Where a product is faulty:
A Product will be faulty when it has failed to operate in accordance with specifications or when the Product has failed in the period which is 7 days from delivery. A Product may fail during the Warranty period. The Warranty period will vary from Product to Product and is dependent on the supplier’s policy.

If your Product is faulty, follow this procedure:
Contact Global Office Machines immediately. Depending on the supplier’s returns policy, your return may be handled directly by the supplier. If this is the case, we will assist you by providing the direct contact details for the relevant supplier.
In our absolute discretion, we may manage the return on behalf of the supplier, and only if directed by the supplier, issue you with a credit or replacement, or repair for the faulty product. Stock availability and processing times of the supplier may affect the delivery time of any replacement stock.

Where we have agreed to manage a return on behalf of a supplier, We will provide you with a delivery address for the faulty item. You must arrange and pay for the delivery of the Product, and you must provide Us with certain information regarding the faulty Product, such as Your account number, Invoice Number, Product description, fault details, and proof of purchase.
You must provide us with accurate details regarding the fault in the product. You will be liable for any charges from the supplier as a result of the fault being incorrect or incorrectly described.

Where the Product is faulty, you will be liable to pay for any freight or delivery charges which are not covered by the supplier.
Please be mindful that all faulty product returns must be returned in their original packaging, and with all the items and documents/manuals which came with the Product.
